HeroQueen's journey began in 2020 and born in Istanbul. We put our platform into service in 2021. We, as a Turkish fashion platform, our aim is to deliver online clothes and give you a pleasant shopping experience in such veriety.
Our vision is to make different models and high quality products with low cost and easily accessible to all countries of the world and for our aim is to facilitate the recognition of our products and our manufacturers in Turkey to all around the world and also establish such a platform where you can access easily to the seller. What are your payment methods?
For now, our company only accepts credit cards.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their orginal condition 14 working days of receipt. We will issue a dull refund (Delivery Excluded) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
The item your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange pick up.
The parcel can take up to 10 days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery please be patient.
We will process your return within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please allow 14 working days for refund to show on your bank statement.
